Overall, I will absolutely recommend this hotel to my family and peers.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Rose. Our favorite part was the food hands down. Everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly also. Each encounter we had with a staff member, it was most pleasant. We both felt very welcomed throughout our entire stay. We were very sad to leave.

I really want to highlight ALL your amazing employees, THEY ARE THE BEST EVER.

The food, the employees, the views, the rooms and the overall service and offerings were way above my expectations. Gary, Kassandra, Cassandra, Smiley, Vanessa and Omar were just a few of many that went above and beyond their roles. I felt safe, happy, relaxed and just incredibly taken care of and I truly believe there won’t be another experience I’ll have that will top this. Thank you so much for the best week of my life especially with how crazy the world has been. Keep it up. We’ll be back.

The pools at Iberostar Grand Rose Hall are open from sunup and remain open for 12 hours. There’s nothing better than taking a dip in the infinity pool at sunset.
