Everything is included for the couple and their guests! Enjoy a week full of excitement and memories. We will take care of all the details for you and ensure you have the perfect venue. From a welcome bonfire on the beach, to off-property excursions, fun days on the beach, a rehearsal dinner, or pampering at the spa, it’s your week. Your way. You’ll work closely with your Romance team to customize a week you’ll never forget. Simply put, we provide options, you pick what you want, and we bring it all to life.

We believe details matter, and we’re not without options to execute your week seamlessly. They include event sponsorships for the guests that want to give you a wedding week experience. We have a pop-up Star Camp for parents who want their kids to live their best life supervised, while they enjoy every moment of the event. And then there is the Welcome Basket, otherwise known as a way to thank your guests in an epic way without bringing it all with you. We have it all covered for you, so you can just focus on enjoying your experience.

Day 1 | Welcome

Begin the most exciting week of your life with the Wedding Week experience. And best of all, you can dedicate your time enjoying your moments with your guests because our team specialized in celebrating love will take care of everything. From sharing a welcome bag with typical gifts inspired by the destination, to a warm welcome reception or fun beach cocktail party, we have everything ready for you to start enjoying your special week.

Day 2 | Field Trip

Whether you choose Jamaica, Mexico or the Dominican Republic, the time has come to explore and discover your chosen destination and get to know the natural environment that surrounds the Iberostar hotels. Your day will start with a fun excursion with your guests and will end with relaxing moments by the beach or pool, looking back at fun moments from your day. There are only two days left for the big day, keep enjoying!

Day 3 | Bonding

We have everything ready for tomorrow, your personalized wedding in the Caribbean is about to start. For this reason, today we want you to live in the present moment, relax and disconnect. What do you prefer: being pampered in the spa, having a great time on the golf course or taking a boat ride on crystal clear waters? And of course, get ready for the rehearsal dinner tonight.

Day 4 | The Big Day

The big day has arrived and everything is going to be perfect! Our wedding specialists have everything prepared so that everything turns out just as you have dreamed. Hairstyle, makeup, pre-wedding photo session, the ceremony and the long-awaited “Yes, I do”and finally the wedding reception to celebrate the day. The excitement builds, the music rises: the most romantic celebration of your life is beginning.

Day 5 | Farewell

After a week full of emotion, the time has come to say goodbye to your guests. Plan a farewell brunch or cocktail party to end your Wedding Week sharing memories of the fun time you just experienced all together. Take those final pictures and bond with your guests one last time before heading home. The moments will last forever and you will have stories to share for years to come.

Wedding Week, quite a party for kids!

We have designed a program for children to enjoy during the wedding, a pop-up Star Camp with kid friendly activities to keep them entertained while you and your guests enjoy the wedding. Keep the kids close, but under the careful watch of our highly-trained staff. While your little ones are occupied with creative and fun activities, you are free to have the time of your life, too!
