I have been to Iberostar Hotels since 1999, and love them! I di so enjoyyyyy my stay. I would like to thank specially to Celia, Santo and David- the Directors that made sure every single day that my Experience was really incredible. Thus, Santos went out of his way to procure our best vacation ever. Congratulations to all the Directors of Montego Bay. My star was nothing short but amazing. The staff was extremely friendly, went out of their way to ensure we were happy, that includes staff at the bar, buffet, concierge, and guest services. Prior to my arrival, I had LOTS of questions that Deondra answered efficiently. Pierre made check-in super easy and fun and Kadian was extremely helpful when it came to booking our reservations.
