All you have to do is to choose between Mexico, Jamaica, or the Dominican Republic and we will help you organize your desired wedding with attention to detail from the very first moment with a first look visit to your chosen hotel. This visit includes:

  • Two-night stay.
  • Credit for your wedding (excluding third party services).
  • Upgrade to the best available room upon arrival.
  • Appointment with a wedding executive and a personalized tour of the wedding areas.
  • Meeting with local suppliers (floral, decoration, DJ, photography, etc.).
  • Choose one from the many exquisite wedding banquets.

Terms and Conditions

Promotion valid for new bookings only. Promotion applicable to wedding groups traveling with a group contract with a minimum booking of 10 rooms for 3 nights or according to the minimum length of stay applicable for that particular time period. This promotion is applicable only to wedding groups with a confirmed wedding date at Iberostar Resorts.  Promotion not combinable with any other promotions or resort credits. This promotion is subject to change at any time. Applicable to all markets.

  • Complimentary nights: 

Free nights are non-transferable, applicable to the wedding couple only and cannot be used for the wedding dates. Free nights will be allocated in the same hotel category booked for the wedding in a lead-in room category. Transfers are not included.  The free stay will be valid for travel within 6 months after the wedding date and must be requested through the onsite wedding coordinator directly.  Additional charges may apply. Offer is based on availability. Restrictions and blackout dates may apply.

  • Wedding group activity to choose from:
  1. Semi Private Rehearsal Dinner: dinner reservation in a specialty restaurant of the hotel for up to 32 people with a set menu in a semi private area. Sitting time for 1 ½ hour. All guests must be in attendance to get seated. Grace period of 15 min to be seated, otherwise reservation will be automatically canceled. Dinner time and restaurant to be confirmed by onsite wedding coordinator closer to the travel time.
  2. Mixology Class &  Cooking Workshop: Private activity for minimum 8 wedding guests to maximum 15 wedding guests with our onsite mixologists and chef. Location and time of event to be determined during meeting with onsite wedding coordinator. The activity can take place before or after the wedding day.
  3. Cocktail Hour with Select Bar. Private activity for a minimum of 12 wedding guests to a maximum of 20 wedding guests. Select Bar consists of 1 hour of bar service including Iberostar selection of wines, beer, non-alcoholic refreshments as well as 1 option of “signature drink” to be confirmed by onsite wedding coordinator closer to the wedding date. Location and time of event to be determined during meeting with onsite wedding coordinator. Upgrade options available for an extra cost including cold, warm and sweet appetizers as well as premium bar, live music, etc. The complimentary cocktail hour is available before or after the wedding day..
  • 20% Spa discount for all the group (except at the giftshop) Spa discount not combinable with any other promotions or resort credits.
